You’re Using Your Concealer All Wrong – Eye Edition!

Ever wake up feeling pretty good, then look in the mirror to see a few bags and dark circles that just won’t budge? Don’t pile on make-up to no avail – if you’re still building up to the red lipstick trick, combine two concealers in different shades and say goodbye to tired eyes! Here’s our step-by-step:

Dark Circles Concealer

STEP 1: UNDER-EYE FOCUS

After applying a good de-puffing eye cream, apply a concealer the same shade as your skin over the puffy area below your lash line. Try the darker shade in a Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage palette that suits you – this will help you avoid intensifying or highlighting the obvious puffiness.

STEP 2: TRIANGULATE

Just below the eye, apply concealer in a shade lighter than your skin in an inverted triangle. Try the lighter shade of Secret Camouflage  – using the two shades in each palette will make everything look more even.

STEP 3: GET BLENDING

Blend it all in with a brush – we used a Birchbox brush to get blending! – then cover and set with loose powder.

STEP 4: VOILA!
